REFUND POLICY

Our return policy spans 30 days from the date of purchase. Should 30 days have elapsed since your acquisition, regrettably. we cannot facilitate a refund or exchange. For a return to be valid, the item must remain unused and in the original packaging.

If approved, the refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a specified time frame.

Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items

Refunds are applicable only to regular-priced items, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged items. If a replacement is needed, kindly email us at C.sautocare2@gmail.com and dispatch the item to (P.O. BOX)

SHIPPING: To return your product, mail it to (P.O BOX). Your are responsible for covering the shipping costs, and these costs are nonrefundable. If the item's value exceeds $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or obtaining shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
